Billing
After your initial free trial expires, you will need to purchase a business plan in order to continue using Veyo.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time, if you need to invite additional users and thus switch plan, and you are part way through your billing cycle, the payment at moment of upgrade will be pro-ratered for the remaining of that billing cycle, so you will not be penalised for switching mid-way.
- Select Organisation from the left menu.
- Then select your Organisation name.
- Within the "Manage your organization" Card, select the Billing sub-tab.
Within here you'll be able to:
- see which subscription you have
- switch plans
- cancel your plan
- change your payment method
- and view statements and payments previously made
